The HUGE benefits of taking time out

It’s been a few weeks since I last wrote a blog post. I wanted to write today, to let you know, I’m still here, and, I’m still very much committed to what I’m doing here. I just needed to give myself the gift of some time and space over the past few weeks, to, well… to simply by with myself.

There’s two things that have popped up in my awareness over that time. I’m now in the process of exploring them both… deeper, more, further…  I’ll be talking more about them as we go forward from here.

It all feels very exciting!

In short, being really brief, and to give you just a flavour for now… the first thing is this…

‘BEING NESS’ It’s seems ever more, that the way many people are chosing to live, is through making their ‘being ness’ a priority, rather than what many of us have done a lot in the past, which is to look ‘out there’, or to external and materialistic things to bring us happiness, peace, love, joy. I think that these are all the things we all want. The difference now, is that the path to all of those things, for many of us, is through our allowing and being ALL of who we are (rather than from what we’ve got or what we’ve achieved). I already know I will be holding another “BE Time” Retreat (your time to explore more about what ‘being you’ really means to you!). I don’t know when yet, and, it is still very much in my heart. The last one was so gorgeous I can’t not hold another! I’ll keep you posted.

The second thing that has come into my awareness, is about, “How do we (as women) receive, allow, embrace the support from the masculine?” Because I totally feel, that our willingness to receive, allow and embrace the support from the masculine, is the only way we can easily birth, bring forth and live our full power, expression and creativity in our lives.

I’m not just talking here about support from the men in our lives either, although that’s part of it. I’m talking about there being many women who are working on embodying their feminine at this time… and so that leads me to enquire into how we, me included, embrace and enable the masculine part of ourselves to support our feminine?

And, finally, for today, there’s another reason I have been quiet for a little while… we have been busy moving home in Wales. We are now living on a farm! Yes! a real life, up close and personal, dairy farm, complete with 200 cows. Here’s a couple of pics to show you what I’m talking about. It’s just so beautiful!

Til soon, much love, and, I’d love for you to post below, any insights, ideas or reflections you have about what I’ve shared here.

Bye for now 🙂
