I wonder, do you ever worry that you’re just a bit too much?

Too emotional, too sensitive, too ‘out there’, too ‘over the top’, too woo woo, too enthusiatic, too anything really…

Some time ago, I realised that I’d been walking around with a monkey on my back, for, well… for a long time… for as long as I can remember.

I was aware it had something to do with not feeling safe. I sensed that I didn’t feel safe… in life, in my relationships, in what I’m offering the world in terms of my gifts/my work. I discovered that the feeling, the fear, was literally, everywhere. It was all over my life.

The HUGE benefits of taking time out

It’s been a few weeks since I last wrote a blog post. I wanted to write today, to let you know, I’m still here, and, I’m still very much committed to what I’m doing here. I just needed to give myself the gift of some time and space over the past few weeks, to, well… to simply by with myself.

There’s two things that have popped up in my awareness over that time. I’m now in the process of exploring them both… deeper, more, further…  I’ll be talking more about them as we go forward from here.

It all feels very exciting!

‘BEING NESS’ It’s seems ever more, that the way many people are chosing to live, is through making their ‘being ness’ a priority, rather than what many of us have done a lot in the past, which is to look ‘out there’, or to external and materialistic things to bring us happiness, peace, love, joy.
